Holiday Closure – Independence Day
In observance of Independence Day, there will be:
- No luncheon on Wednesday, July 1
- The Senior Center will be closed on Friday, July 3

Parking Lot Repaving Project – Activity Changes (July 13 – August 7)
Due to a parking lot repaving project at Macedonia City Hall (9691 Valley View Rd) and Mac Rec (1494 E. Aurora Rd), several activities will be temporarily relocated or cancelled between July 13 and August 7.
Participants are encouraged to carefully review the monthly calendar for updates and location changes.
Programs Temporarily Cancelled (July 13 – August 7)
The following programs will be cancelled during the parking lot project and will resume on Monday, August 10:
- MahJong
- Wednesday Exercise
- Card Club
- 3rd Thursday Bingo
- Movie Monday
- Medicare 101
Special Bingo Update
Due to the parking lot project:
- Wednesday Bingo on July 22 and August 5 will be changed to Quarter Bingo
- Cost: $0.25 per card, per game
- Please bring a bag of quarters
- Do not bring prizes on these dates

Doorstep Meal Delivery & Luncheons
The Senior Center continues to offer a convenient Doorstep Meal Delivery Program for local seniors, along with in-person luncheon options.
Doorstep Meal Delivery:
- $20 per person (Tuesdays or Thursdays)
- $40 for both days
- Freshly prepared meals delivered by volunteers at lunchtime
- Meals are easy to reheat and enjoy at home

Senior Center Luncheons:
- Held on Wednesdays and Fridays
- $5 per meal
- Please note: some luncheons are canceled due to holidays or the parking lot repaving
