Trick-or-treating in Northfield Center Township and all Nordonia communities is scheduled for Saturday, October 31st, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM.

As you head out for a fun night of trick-or-treating, please keep these safety tips in mind to help everyone have a safe and enjoyable Halloween!

Halloween Safety Tips:

• Wear visible costumes: Choose bright colors or add reflective materials so drivers can see you.
• Walk with an adult: Children should be accompanied by a responsible adult while trick-or-treating.
• Leave your house light on: If you are welcoming trick-or-treaters, keep your porch light on so visitors know you are participating.
• Watch your surroundings: Make sure costumes allow for good vision, pay attention to traffic, and stay aware of your surroundings.
• Choose fire-retardant costumes: Wear costumes made from fire-resistant or flame-retardant materials, and keep away from open flames and candles.

Northfield Center Township wishes everyone a safe and happy Halloween!
