Northfield Center Township has placed a question to the voters on the November, 2024 ballot. Issue #24 is a proposed replacement and decrease of the 2014 levy. This issue will provide for police protection from Summit County Sheriff for the Township.

The Summit County Sheriff’s Dept. has moved it’s local office in Northfield Center to 8484 Olde Eight Rd. They are now part of the new administration building with a separate entrance.

The Trustees, Summit County and residents in the Norwood Lake area have been working on resolution of drainage and stormwater issues in the Norwood Lake area.
