We know that navigating paperwork can sometimes feel overwhelming, so we’re here to make the permit process as smooth and easy as possible. Whether you’re planning a home project, organizing an event, or just need the proper paperwork in place, we’ve got you covered.

Here’s what you need to know to get started:

Step 1: Get the Application

You have two easy options for getting a permit application:

• Stop by the office – We’re always happy to see you in person!
• Download it from our website – Visit Northfield Center Township, click the zoning tab, and click “zoning portal” and print the form at your convenience. Or use this link and it will take you right to the zoning permit/certificate form.

Step 2: Fill It Out and Bring It In

Once you’ve completed the application, bring it into our office located at 8484 Olde Eight Road, Ohio 44067. We’ll take a quick look to make sure everything’s filled out correctly and answer any questions you might have.

Step 3: Make Your Payment

When you submit your application, you’ll need to pay the permit fee. We currently accept:

• Checks
• Exact cash only (We’re not able to provide change at this time.)
