The 3rd annual “Movie in the Park” was a big success! Residents enjoyed an outdoor showing of the movie “Shrek” at Beacon Hills Park on Sat., Sept. 9th. Big thanks go out to our Parks and Recreation committee, headed up by Wendy Wysocki, art students from Nordonia High School doing face painting, Summit County SWAT, our Service Dept., Macedonia Fire Dept., Northfield Center Division, Trustees, and several other helpers! The event included hot dogs, popcorn, drinks, face painting, and touch-a truck fun with the SWAT truck, fire engine, excavator, and our new Northfield Center rescue squad.
