MAILBOX.
THE SIGN SHOULD PREFERABLY BE PLACED ON THE HOUSE OR
BUSINESS.

Zoning Commission ember is appointed to a 5 year term of office by
the Board of Trustees.
The Zoning Commission usually meets
on the 2nd Monday of each month at 7:00 p.m. p.m.

1) Hear and decide appeals where it is alleged that errors were made by an administrative official in interpreting the Zoning Resolution
2) Authorize a variance to the Zoning Resolution
3) Grant Conditional Zoning Certificates
4) Revoke an authorized Variance or Conditional Zoning Certificate regarding the extraction of minerals
Each
Board of Zoning Appeals Member is appointed to a 5 year term of office by
the Board of Trustees.
The Board of Zoning Appeals meets
upon request and always places a Legal Notice in a newspaper
(usually the
News Leader) at least 10 days prior to the Public Hearing.
