ZONING COMMISSION INFORMATION
Each Zoning Commission Member is appointed a 5 year term office by the Board of
Trustees.   
                                          
The Zoning Commission usually meets on the 2nd Monday of each month at          
7:00 p.m. and reviews the Township Zoning Resolution and if necessary recommend
amendments to the Board of Trustees.

BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS INFORMATION

The Board of Zoning Appeals may:
1) Hear and decide appeals where it is alleged that errors were made by the
administrative official in interpreting the Zoning Resolution
2) Authorize a variance to the Zoning Resolution
3) Grant Conditional Zoning Certificates
4) Revoke an authorized Variance or Conditional Zoning Certificate regarding the
extraction of minerals
