The Fire Department consists of approximately 40 dedicated men and women,
and protects Northfield Center and Sagamore Hills - a total of 17.1 square miles
and
over 14,000 residents.

for a new
compressor and breathing apparatus.
Among the Fire Department's equipment are three ambulances, two fire trucks,
a boat, a water tanker, a grass-fire truck, a heavy rescue vehicle
