TOWNSHIP PUBLIC RECORDS

The Board of Trustees conducts Regular
Meetings on the 1st Monday of each month.
The Zoning Commission conducts Regular Meetings on the 2nd Monday of the Month at 7 pm.
The Board of Zoning Appeals conducts Public Hearings as needed, usually on Thursdays at 7:30 pm
The Public Hearings are always preceded by a "Legal Notice of Public Hearing" in the News Leader
at least 10 days prior to the Public Hearing.
Agendas for all Trustees, Zoning Commission, and Board of Zoning Appeals Meetings will be posted
on this page no less than 24 hours prior to the beginning of the Meetings.
Minutes of Meetings are usually available for downloading usually a maximum of 8 weeks after the respective meeting was conducted. "
Older" Agendas and Minutes not currently available for downloading are available upon request via email.
